The Ampex MM 1200

The MM1200 is a high point in the evolution of tape machines. It utilizes discrete audio paths and transformer balanced ins and outs. We have both 16 and 24 channel head stacks, which makes the machine very versatile. Once you hear the playback, the machines value becomes very apparent.

THE NEVE 8024

Built in 1972, one of three in the world, the Neve 80 series is a holy grail of recording consoles. This desk adds palpable weight and beautiful harmonic content to anything recorded through it.

THE API 3288

It’s a cliche to say that these older API desks are super punchy but the cliche is true. Mixing on this desk makes your tracks pop out of the speakers.
